About Brigid & Fox

Hi. I’m Chelsea and I’m the owner of Brigid & Fox - an unconventional greeting card and gift bag company. I’m also a wife and cat mom who loves cooking, doing yoga (poorly), drawing, watching horror movies, and eating pasta. I’m also an overthinker, an overdoer, and would be a billionaire if I had as much money as I do anxiety. 

The name Brigid & Fox is inspired by the Irish Goddess Brigid - the goddess of wisdom, poetry, creativity, and fertility. Brigid represents new beginnings and creative fulfillment. I’ve always felt a deep need to create; feeling most alive with a brush or pencil in my hand where I am transported to another world of vibrant colors, textures, and magical characters that came alive on a canvas or paper. 

I believe creativity and a smattering of humor - often through the lens of mental illness - can bring people together and make someone’s day brighter. A small token of gratitude - like a greeting card or gift bag - can make a big difference. That’s why Brigid & Fox exists.
